Jason Tan is a professional trainer, speaker and coach with over 12 years of experience in the people development industry.

Having worked with companies such as Emerson, Manulife, Hourglass, Sodastream, London School of Business & Finance, his wide range of audiences include entrepreneurs, non-profits, PMETs, young adults, university students, youths and even young children. Be it SMEs or MNCs from Retail, Education, Government Organizations or Non-Profit Organizations (World Vision, Boys’ Brigade, Honour Singapore), Jason is adaptable in contextualizing his delivery to meet the requirements of his clients.

A life-long learner with a diploma in Psychotherapy, Jason is an experienced profiler who actively uses Gallup’s Strengthsfinder® profiling as well as other psychometric assessments. His approach consists of integrating Strengths-based and Positive psychology, leadership materials from John C. Maxwell and Tim Elmore’s Habitudes, as well as other world class resources. These provide him with a firm foundation, tapping into his core strengths, as well as increasing productivity for the clients he works with. Action-oriented, resourceful and innovative, he is constantly full of ideas.

His sincere desire to lead individuals and teams in unlocking their leadership potential and strengths, drives him daily. A passion for learning keeps him current with new developments, equipping himself to better empower others, guiding them as catalysts of the next generation. This dedication allows him to add value to his clients, who benefit from the collective experience that he brings with him.

He became the Founding President for a Business Network International (BNI) chapter in 2015, an Ambassador in 2017, and a Director Consultant (DC) in 2018. As a DC, he oversees a chapter, supporting them in their growth as local business owners while being connected into an international network.

A Boys’ Brigade Alumni, he has served in various committees and currently sits on board the officer’s training committee, overseeing the training and development of volunteer officers. For the past 7 years, he has also been the Vice-Captain of the award-winning 94th Boys’ Brigade company (Nan Hua High School), where he mentors youths between the ages of 13-16 to be leaders of the next generation.

Jason is the Chairman of the inaugural Boys’ Brigade (BB) Anchor Conference 2018, with Speaker of Parliament Mr Tan Chuan-Jin being the Guest of Honour and Founding Chairman of Honour (Singapore), Mr Lim Siong Guan being the Keynote Speaker.

In the Singapore Armed Forces, Jason serves as a company sergeant major.

Jason also serves in the children’s ministry of his church.
